Coastal Eco House

This was originally the site of a small family seaside holiday cottage. Our client wanted a modern but semi traditional feel to the new house. The house is build to the highest standards of thermal insulation. Annual energy charges for this house are minimal. 

Converted rectory and extension

The old stone rectory was completely renovated. Additional bedrooms were accommodated in the new extension. The interior joinery was bespoke throughout and manufactured to a very high standard.

West Cork Traditional House

Traditional one and a half farmhouse in West Cork, Ireland. Note the use of traditional gable loft access steps. 

Riverside Lodge

Converted Riverside Lodge, Modern contemporary extension to traditional gate lodge. The retention of the existing lodge features was a priority with our client. The balance between old and new was critical to this project.
